Every item at AMORE Vintage Tokyo undergoes a rigorous multi-step inspection by our expert in-house brand authenticators. We are a licensed dealer under the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission and guarantee 100% authenticity on all products.
What is the condition of your vintage products?
As these are pre-owned luxury items, they may show signs of wear. We provide detailed condition rankings (from S to BC) and high-resolution photographs on each product page to ensure full transparency before your purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred in their destination country.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the unique and rare nature of vintage goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is found to be significantly different from the description or is proven inauthentic.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and converted by your bank at the current exchange rate.
Are all items shown online available in your Tokyo boutiques?
