Due to the unique nature of our authenticated pre-owned luxury items, all sales at AMORE Vintage Tokyo are final. We only accept returns or exchanges in the rare event that an item is found to be significantly not as described or if an authenticity concern is verified by our specialists.

Return Process

  Initial Contact

  Notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a discrepancy with your item.

  Documentation Review

  Provide clear photographs of the item, including all original AMORE tags and the security seal which must remain intact.

• 3.
  Return Shipment

  Once authorized, ship the item back to our Tokyo boutique using a tracked and insured courier service at the buyer's expense.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our experts will conduct a final inspection to ensure the item is in its original sent condition before issuing a refund to your original payment method.
